Modern Apprenticeships Opportunity For Employers

PPP have 4 Modern Apprenticeships available at level 2 Playwork and Administration level 2 & 3.

This is an opportunity for an employer to recruit and employ a young person who they would release one day a week/fortnight to study at our centre towards their qualification. The rest of the time they would be working within their placement. They would gain their qualification within 9 � 12 months, which will include their level 2 or 3 SVQ in Administration or Playwork, manual handling, risk assessments, first aid and food hygiene. Once they have completed their qualification you will then have a qualified, confident young person ready to take on more responsibility and a more appropriate wage.

You have full control over who you recruit as long as they are between 16 � 19. They are part of your workforce and would fit into your team. Learning days can be flexible to suit work demands. Giving a young person an opportunity to gain a qualification and work experience ensuring they have a brighter prospect.
