By now we all know that on Friday 26 August 2022 Ofgem will announce the new cap for energy prices and it is expected to be a huge increase possibly doubling household bills with even higher bills from January 2023 with many experts predicting catastrophic increases.

Help For Paying Energy Bills

There is speculation that the help may be increased especially for low income people but this will not be known until the Conservative party elects a new leader and rime minister in September.
