How long can Liz Truss survive as prime minister?

With a rushed statement to be made to day by the new chancellor Jeremy Hunt speculation has gone even higher about when the end will come for the prime minister.

The statement by the chancellor today has been brought forward from 31 October but the main plan may still be on that day.

If markets steady today then Liz Truss may hang on for few more days or weeks. If they fall then it time up.
