Caithness Businesswoman Achieves Top Training Award

Donna Fleming, Managing Consultant of JIT Training, recently achieved Senior Associate Membership of the Institute of I T Training.

Acceptance as Senior Associate is based on demonstration of an in depth understanding of the theory and practice behind IT Training, combined with considerable practical experience and business references.

Prior to returning to her roots, Donna spent several years working internationally as a Training and Customer Relationship Management Consultant. JIT Training, a Caithness based company specialising in IT Training for businesses and individuals, was established in June of last year and since then it has gone from strength to strength with clients throughout the Northern Highlands . Focussing mainly on the Microsoft Office Suite, SAGE Accounting, Web Design and Communications, JIT Training aims to meet the specific training needs of the individual.

Donna also manages to squeeze in time as an Online Tutor for Learndirect in Information Technology and Business Management, prompted by her keen interest in the relatively new field of E-Learning.

‘E-learning is a very strong growth area in Training. As someone who had to leave the far north to further my education and career before returning, I am always interested in anything that could open up the possibility people remaining in Caithness while continuing to learn or follow successful careers’
