With an Undergraduate Honours degree in Sports and Exercise Science with Psychology I have a real passion for knowledge and am constantly looking into new research that is coming out in this fast evolving field.

I have now started my MSc in Strength and Conditioning at St. Mary's University in London and this has provided me with even more indepth knowledge and insight in to varied training methods.
