We all lead busy lives and inevitably feel overwhelmed from time to time.  Spend an hour with Wendy and find out what stress is - and isn't - and how to identify your own, and others', level of stress.  Learn three simple tools which will help you manage the impact of life's everyday stresses on your emotions, your behaviour and your Self.'

Workshop 2 -  1.00pm

Sound Therapy

Therapist Diana Bertoldi shows us that soothing tones balance the chakras, bring the body into alignment and create a balance between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. They shatter blocks of stagnant negative energy within the chakras and the aura. Like invisible gardeners, they reopen the channels of energy to irrigate the whole being with light and abundant energy. They open and balance the meridians of the body and they improve the synapse response in the brain.
