Commission on Highland Democracy The job of the Commission on Highland Democracy is to find out how local people want to be involved in decisions and services that directly affect their lives and their communities.Since November 2016, we have been having listening to people across the Highlands to hear as many views as possible about what people think about the current state of democracy in the region, and how people want this to change.
