Caithness Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it is now accepting entries for the George Bruce Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2015. Now in its sixth year, the award aims to highlight a young, local businessperson who has displayed the necessary drive and determination to make their business a success. Previous winners include Annie Body (Annie's Bakery), Kris Hamilton (Hamilton Optimum Training) and Lynsey MacGregor (Lark & Lily Designs). In addition to the award itself - made and sponsored by Caithness Stone Industries – the winner will receive a £500 cash prize, generously sponsored by Kongsberg Maritime, as well as one year's free business membership of Caithness Chamber of Commerce. If you think you've got what it takes to be the next Young Entrepreneur of the Year, or you know someone who does, contact the Chamber team via 01847 890076 or info[AT]caithnesschamber.com by 14th August 2015. The application form and guidelines for entry are attached for your information. You can return the form via email, or by dropping in to our offices at Naver Business Centre, Naver Road, Thurso.
