Building Standards Technical Handbook 2019: Domestic Buildings

Updated version of the technical handbook (domestic) which applies from 1 October 2019.

This version of the technical handbook (domestic) applies to a building warrant submitted on or after 1 October 2019 and to building work which does not require a warrant commenced from that date. An html version of this handbook will be available from October 2019.
