Carpetright Ltd entered administration on 22 July 2024. Zelf Hussain, Rachael Wilkinson, and Peter Dickens from PriceWaterhouseCooper (PwC) were appointed as joint administrators.
On appointment, the joint administrators completed a sale of 54 stores and two logistics hubs to CWHP Ltd, part of the Tapi Group. The transaction includes the transfer of 308 employees.

If you've been dismissed, you might be entitled to statutory redundancy pay, compensatory notice pay and holiday pay from the Insolvency Service.

Who is eligible
You can apply to the Insolvency Service for redundancy and other payments if you worked for the company under an employment contract.
