Find Out About Exporting To Nordics and Baltics

Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE), Scottish Development International (SDI) and UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) invite companies to find out more about business opportunities that exist in the Nordics and Baltics at this free half day event in Inverness on Tuesday 5th March.

This event is organised as part of Smart Exporter, a new international trade skills programme, designed to increase skills and knowledge amongst Scottish businesses. This initiative is delivered by Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE), Scottish Development International (SDI), Scottish Chambers of Commerce and funded by the European Social Fund.

The event schedule is as follows:

09.00 - 09.30: Arrival and registration
09.30 - 09.45: Welcome and overview of the day, Mette Bach Dyremose, SDI
09.45 - 10.15: Introduction to the markets Christina Liaos & Indrek Pallo, UKTI
10.15 - 11.00: Breakout session 1 - Round table discussions
A. Nordics markets - Christina Liaos
B. Baltics markets - Indrek Pallo

11.00 - 11.15: Networking and refreshment break
11.15 - 12.00: Breakout session 2 - Round table discussions (delegates attend the alternate session to that in Breakout 1)

12.00 - 12.30: Panel discussion
12.30 - 13.00: Panel discussion
13.00 - 14.45: One to One Sessions (15 minute sessions with experts, attendees can register on the day)
