Meet the Buyer Event for Caithness and Sutherland Subcontractors

Miller Construction is extending an invitation to subcontractors and suppliers based in the Caithness and Sutherland area to a Meet the Buyer event to find out more about future opportunities for local businesses in the area.
As a Tier 1 contractor with hub North Scotland Limited, Miller Construction is preferred bidder on a £50m pipeline of work to be delivered over the next three years in Wick and Tain and is seeking suitable local partners to deliver these projects and others when they arise.
Businesses of all construction disciplines, in Wick, the wider north eastern Highlands and Orkney, are invited to register for the event being held at Mackays Hotel, Union Street, Wick, KW1 5ED on Wednesday, 27 March 2013, for the opportunity to find out more about working with Miller Construction on upcoming and future projects. Interested parties are requested to email mtbwick[AT]miller.co.uk to register their details.
Representatives from Miller Construction will be present on the day to answer project specific questions and advise subcontractors and suppliers on how to become a Miller supply chain member.
Miller has also invited key organisations to participate on the day and will be joined by representatives from hub North Scotland Limited, Highland Opportunity, Business Gateway and Construction Skills. Highland Opportunity will be providing practical information and assistance to local SME’s involved in the Construction industry looking to maximise on the potential opportunities. Business Gateway will be in attendance, offering support and advice, and Construction Skills will be on hand to give employment support and staff training information.

Businesses who are interested in working with us on hub North Scotland projects, in Wick, Tain and on future projects in the area, are invited to come along and discuss potential opportunities.
