Nick Nairn is synonymous with spreading the word about Scotland's wonderful natural larder and using it well and couldn't be better placed to highlight the phenomenal produce on the door step of Caithness & Sutherland.
Nick will be joining us to lead several Taste North masterclasses and will also head up the judging panel for our annual Taste North Challenge. The Taste North Challenge, developed and supported by food group Baxters & the Gordon & Ena Baxter Foundation is also in its third year and this year the Challenge will cast its net even wider, with categories for both Youth and Open entrants - supported by the generosity of the Developing the Young Workforce initiative through Caithness Chamber and Mackays Hotel Wick.
Our winning prizes come from Nick Nairn Cook School, Mackays Hotel and Developing the Young Workforce, not to mention a winner's hamper full of Taste North goodies and the coveted Gordon & Ena Baxter Taste North Challenge Cup, all up for grabs.
