"I recently stayed at Ackergill Tower as part of a large group of people who had effectively taken over the entire place for a surprise 50th birthday party weekend. I can honestly say that I was rather skeptical about going to a remote part of Scotland in January but I was proved wrong at every turn. What a place! What an amazing reception! What lovely, hard-working, smiling staff! What a superbly helpful guy Nigel, the GM, is! DO NOT MISS this amazing opportunity if you are contemplating going there. It is absolutely wonderful with a capital W. Nigel and his excellent staff will give you the warmest welcome and you won't look back........"
