Increasing Pay For Children's Social Care Staff - Minimum £12 Per hour
Staff in children's social care services will see their pay increase to at least £12 an hour thanks to new Scottish Government funding. The Scottish Parliament has approved the early release of some short-term prisoners to address the impacts of a recent rapid rise in the prison population.
