DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts (March, 6th) sold 28 cattle, 15 sheep, 3 goats, 4 ponies, 4 rabbits, 432 lots of poultry, 63 lots of eggs and 14 lots of poultry equipment at their poultry and rare breeds of livestock sale.
Cattle (28) sold to £3,000 for a yearling Highland heifer from the Dunvegan Fold, Corriebheinn Farms, Portree, Isle of Skye.
Sheep (15) sold to £72 for Jacob ewe hoggs from Greenlands Farm, Arabella.
Goats (3) sold to £22 for a Togenburg wedder from Brybeg, Torridon.
Ponies (4) sold to £500 for a Gypsy colt foal from Westbank, Airntully, Perth.
Poultry (432) sold to £90 for a two White Wyandotte pullets from Willowvale, Tankerness, Orkney.
