Prime Heifers (9) averaged 272.7p per kg (+9.7p) and sold to 279.0p per kg twice for 575kg Limousin crosses both from Cullaird Farm, Scaniport selling to Messrs Fraser Brothers, Butchers, Dingwall and Messrs John M Munro Ltd, Dingwall and £1,775.40 gross for a 660kg Limousin Angus cross from Bridgend Farm, Dingwall.

SQQ Lambs 25.5kg to 45.5kg (254) averaged 211.7p (-0.7p) and sold to 223.6p.
Feeding Sheep (638) sold to £160 gross for a Suffolk ram from Lower Gaich, Dulnain Bridge.
"Prime hoggs cashed in at similar returns on the week which is in line with other centres at the end of last week. Ewe trade remains strong for a very mixed show for quality forward. The best continentals remain the easiest commodity to cash. Store hoggs were a grand trade despite the uncertainty in the prime ring."
