New Season Lambs (623) averaged 229.1p per kg and sold to 258.0p per kg for a pen of 44.5kg Texel cross lambs from Little Kildrummie, Nairn and £128 gross for a pen of 55kg Beltex crosses from Woodside, Near of Tarradale.
Feeding Sheep (589) sold to £131 gross for a Texel cross ewe from Lochdhu, Nairn.

"Lambs trade was sharper on the week for well fleshed and shapely sorts. Once again the prime sale was plagued with lean sheep hindering the overall average. Ewes met a firm enquiry for a very mixed show forward. Power was in short supply and all classes cashed in at recent rates."
