In order to provide a better service to the businesses in Caithness we have upgraded our business listings. Businesses in Caithness are now able to add more contact information to their listing helping their customers reach the right person for their enquiry.
Our previous set-up only allowed for one Contact and set of details; name, address phone number etc. Now every business can have 3 contacts, each with their own address, phone number and e-mail along with the title or position they hold.
This will help by allowing businesses to add sales, accounts or similar contacts to their entry or even offices or departments with separate addresses in other towns or regions.
We've also added the Facebook and YouTube options to the submissions form so that new businesses to our listings can add these details when they first submit their details.
If any of the businesses who are already listed in our index wish to add to or change any detail on their listing they should contact us via our contact page or e-mail niall[AT]caithness.org with the new information. Businesses should feel free to send a photo or logo to be added to their listing also.
