"Hogg trade was bouncing again this week. As every week passes by, a new centre record achieved as it seems the sky is the limit with where the trade can go at the moment. A phenomenal average was recorded despite light and unfinished hoggs scattered throughout the sale. The heavy hoggs continue to meet an unpresented demand and more are required to fulfill demand with new customers heading to Dingwall to reap the rewards."
