"A tremendous number of cattle forward which saw more than twice the number forward at the same sale the previous year. Trade remains buoyant however not quite the bonanza that was witnessed earlier on in the season but we are still recording phenomenal averages. A highlight of the sale was batches of breeding heifers forward that were keenly bid for and attained premium prices. Many more of top lots could easily have been sold".
