In Caithness - Head For The Soap Bakery This Christmas
5th December 2011
If you are looking for another gift made in Caithness for Christmas then check out a local business - "The Soap Bakery"
The soap and body polishes are handmade by century's old, traditional cold process soap making, using only the purest natural ingredients we can source. The cold-process natural soaps are mild and moisturising on sensitive and dry skin as they consist purly of oils and highland water.
People often ask which soaps are best for dry skin, but generally since they all contain the same ingredients and are made with pure and natural ingredients, they are all nourishing for all skin types.
The body butters, lotions, bath melts, bath bombs and lip balms are all made with the same love and care. We use natural ingredients, with no chemicals or harmful preservatives. Some ingredients used are Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Palm Oil (sustainably sourced), Coconut Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Beeswax, Olive Wax, Honey, Vitamin E, Brown Sugar, Rosemary Oil Extract and Grapefruit Extract. Plus a variety of fragrances, essential oils and food colouring.
The products are sold locally in Thurso at "Eye Candy" and in Wick at "Made In Caithness"
