DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts (November, 5th) sold 124 cattle, 344 sheep, 6 goats, 9 ponies, 532 lots of poultry, 7 lots of eggs and 11 lots of poultry equipment at their poultry and rare breeds of livestock sale.
Cattle (124) sold to £780 gross for British Shorthorn bull from 38 Sangomore, Durness.
Sheep (344) sold to £280 gross for a Dorset ewe with a ewe lamb at foot from Smallburn Farms, Elgin.
Goats (6) sold to £90 gross for Golden Guernsey's from 6 Portleigh, Delny.
Ponies (9) sold to £1,250 gross for a bay Highland filly from Glenedin Highland Ponies, Isle of Skye.
Poultry (532) sold to £140 gross for a pair of Toulouss Duwlap geese from Stromolloch Farm, Strathaven.
