Free Finance for Practioners Course

Just Enterprise are pleased to announce their 2 day "Finance for Practitioners" course in central Inverness during November 2012.

Specifically developed for a third sector audience, this 2-day course is designed around practical financial solutions that can be employed in your organisation. Delegates will get the opportunity to learn specific skills designed to enhance the standard of knowledge and reporting in organisations. Subjects covered will include:

· Day 1 - Finance Terminology - what things mean

· Day 1 - Financial Statements - what they are and what they show

· Day 1 - Essential Financial Controls - including bank reconciliation exercise

· Day 1 - Construct an annual Income & Expenditure budget for an organisation

· Day 1 - Construct an annual Cash Flow budget for an organisation

· Day 2 - How to cost your services on a full cost recovery basis

· Day 2 - How to price your services based on their cost

· Day 2 - Financial ratios - how to calculate them to measure your performance
All course materials including linked spreadsheets will be made available by email to all delegates following attendance at the course. This training is offered FREE of charge to members/employees of third sector/social economy organisations.
