Oven ready turkey (82) averaged 282.3p per lb and sold to 413.0p per lb for a 14.5lb bird from Balnakyle Farm, Aberlour, and £60 gross six times for birds from No 1 Achavandra, Dornoch, Kinloss Farm, Elgin and Balnakyle Farm.
Oven ready goose (17) averaged 351.8p per lb and sold to 557.9p per lb for a 9.5lb bird from Lochgorm, Grantown on Spey, and £58 gross for a 16lb bird also from Lochgorm.
Oven ready duck (2) averaged 646.2p per lb and sold to 700.0p per lb for a 3.0lb bird from Cypress, Achterneed and £21 gross twice for a 3lb bird and 3.5lb bird also from Cypress.
Oven ready chicken (14) averaged 258.7p per lb and sold to 300.0p per lb and £30 gross for a 10.0lb chicken from Upper Lybster, Caithness.
Pigeon (8) sold to £8.00 gross twice for birds from Cypress.
Partridge (6) sold to £10.00 gross twice for birds from Cypress.
Pheasant (2) sold to £10 gross for a bird from Cypress.
Guinea Fowl (2) sold to £17.00 gross twice for birds from Cypress.
