DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts (March, 8th) sold 34 cattle, 2 horses, 2 Llamas, 2 goats, 118 sheep, 554 lots of poultry, eggs and poultry equipment at their poultry, rare & traditional breeds of livestock sale.
Cattle (34) sold to £720 gross for a Highland bull from Alladale Estates, Ardgay.
Horses (2) sold to £600 gross for a Piebald mare in foal from Stepend Farm, Airdrie.
Goats (2) sold to £200 gross for a Pygmy male, from Upper Rosemount, Tain.
Llamas (2) sold to £450 gross for a female and a gelding, from Kirkhill Farm, Alves.
Sheep (118) sold to £400 gross for a Zwartble ewe with two lambs at foot, from Greystone Farm, Dunblane.
Poultry (554) sold to £160 gross for trio of Welsh Harlequin ducks from The Kennels, Helmsdale.
