DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts (March, 7th) sold 20 cattle, 1 donkey, 3 goats, 76 sheep, 527 lots of poultry, eggs and poultry equipment at their poultry, rare & traditional breeds of livestock sale.
Cattle (20) sold to £770 gross for a Highland cow with heifer calf at foot from Mains of Inkhorn, Auchnagatt.
Donkeys (one) sold to £200 gross for a male donkey from Eilburn, Conon Bridge.
Goats (3) sold to £700 gross for a Pygmy nanny with kid at foot from Upper Rosemount, Tain.
Sheep (76) sold to £290 gross for a Zwartble cross gimmer with two tup lambs at foot, from Greystone Farm, Dunblane.
Poultry (512) sold to £260 gross for two Indian Blue peahens.
Poultry equipment (15) sold to £300 gross for a 7' x 4’ hen house.
