cattle and 405 prime sheep.
Prime bullocks (15) averaged 128.5p (+4.4p) and sold to 139p per kg for
a 640kg Charolais cross from Balchraggan, Dores, and �897.60 gross for a
660kg Charolais cross from Udale, Poyntzfield, both to John M Munro
Ltd., Dingwall.
Prime heifers (17) averaged 126.7p (+0.1p) and sold to 141p per kg for
500kg and 570kg Limousins from Bridgend, Dingwall both to Ness Foods,
Inverness, and �848.70 gross for a 615kg Charolias cross from Bridgend,
to John M Munro Ltd.
Lambs (379) averaged 98p (-5.7p) and sold to 110.2p per kg for 44kg
Texels from The Cloy, Fortrose, to Woodhead Brothers, Turriff, and �50
gross for 47kg Texel crosses from Torgorm, Conon Bridge, to Fraser
Brothers, Dingwall.
SQQ up to 45.5kg (290) averaged 100.2p per kg (-5p).
Feeding sheep (14) to �35 gross for Texel ewes from Woodside Croft,
Blackpark, to Woodhead Brothers.
