Oven ready turkey (134) averaged 218.8p per lb and sold to 400p per lb for a 10lb bird from Balnakyle Farm, Aberlour, and £53 gross for a 23lb bird from South Blachrie, Fyvie.
Oven ready duck (12) averaged 518.1p per lb and sold to 680p per lb twice for a 2.5lb bird from Slaghi Cottage, Scourie , and £20 gross (5 times) from the same vendor.
Oven ready chicken (6) averaged 217.8p per lb and sold to 240.0p per lb and £30 gross for a 12.5lb bird from Upper Lybster, Caithness.
Oven ready pheasants (9) sold to £13 gross for a bird from Cypress Croft, Achterneed.
Oven ready guinea fowl (10) sold to £11 twice for birds from Cypress Croft.
