Charlotte Platt Joins Inksters Solicitors to set up new Thurso office
13th December 2018
Inksters Solicitors has expanded its Caithness operation with the appointment of Charlotte Platt, who will set up a new office at 10 Sinclair Street, Thurso.
Ms Platt is a familiar face in Caithness and Orkney, having worked in Thurso for D&H (formerly Drever and Heddle) for a number of years. She deals with domestic conveyancing and private client work.
Since 2013, Inksters has had an office in Wick run by Sylvia MacLennan, who concentrates on court related matters including civil and criminal court, dispute resolution, family law, debt recovery and contractual disputes.
The latest move continues the firm's expansion from its Glasgow home to new offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Forfar, Portree and Wick and visiting bases in Inverness and Lerwick.
Brian Inkster, who founded the firm, said: "I am delighted to be expanding Inksters' operations in Caithness. Charlotte joining us in Thurso to cover domestic conveyancing and private client work extends our Caithness offering and compliments well the court practice we already have with Sylvia in Wick. I look forward to further developing the business in Caithness with Charlotte and Sylvia in the years to come."
Ms Platt added: "I am very pleased to be joining Inksters who I have always admired as a law firm. I look forward to working with Sylvia to serve the legal needs of the people of Caithness."
