Caithness Taxi Firm Jimmy's In Running For Award

Local Caithness Taxi firm Jimmy's Taxis is heading south to find out if they will win the "Family Business of the Year Award" at the Scottish Taxi and Privare Hire Awards ceremony. The STPH Awards will take place in the DoubleTree by Hilton in Glasgow, on Saturday 9th March 2019.

Brian Travers for Jimmy's Taxis said,"We were delighted to be nominated and over the moon that we are in the final running for an award."

"We have tried to modernise and now have booking apps for anyone to download to their phones to make getting taxi easier and quicker."

MS Society Scotland and CHAS charities will benefit from an equal share of the all the profits from the Auction and Raffle on the night of the STPH Awards.

There are awards in a number of categories with Jimmy's Taxis in the Family Business category.

This will be the private hire company that receives the most votes via the STPH website.

This will be the taxi company that receives the most votes via the STPH website.
