We are hearing lots of stories about young people struggling with the current situation as a result of lockdown,
social-distancing, not being able to socialise in the same way, and with the regular interruptions to their lives and their schooling.

These issues are leading to tensions which are having a knock-on effect on their relationships, whether that is with their peers, friends, families, school-staff, carers or others.

We believe that young people need support to navigate these tricky times. We offer a workshop which can offer young people some essential skills, techniques and practical tools to support them to deal positively with the challenges they are facing.
