Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd - Sale 5 December 2019

DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (December, 5th) sold 1,481 store sheep.   Lambs (1,116) sold to £75 gross for Texel crosses from Alness Ferry Muir, Balblair, Ballochan Croft, Gorthleck and Balrailan, Duncanston.  

Changes To Commission Rates At Aberdeen And Northern Marts

FORT WILLIAM, Dingwall and Highland Marts Ltd., (November, 29th) sold 79 store cattle, 35 OTM cattle and 1,204 sheep.   Bullocks (56) sold to 228.0p per kilo for a pair of 250kg Limousin crosses from Tigh Airigh, Blarmacfoldach, and £930 gross for a 600kg Simmental cross from Meall Mo Chridhe, Kilchoan.  

Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd - Sale 27 November 2019

DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (November, 27th) sold 1,147 store cattle, 4 adult head of breeding cattle 136 OTM cattle.   Bullocks (658) averaged 215.8p and sold to 323.1p per kilo for a 260kg Limousin cross from Wester Tomloan, Ardclach, and £1,160 gross twice for a 565kg Limousin cross from Cambusmore, Dornoch and for a pen of 580kg Charolais crosses from 4 Glaick, Ardross.  

Dingwall & Highland Marts - Sale 16 September 2019

DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts (November 16th) sold 26 goats, 4 alpaca, 799 sheep and 457 lots of poultry, eggs & poultry equipment at their, rare & traditional breeds of livestock sale.   Goats (26) sold to £380 for pygmy female with a kidd at foot from Allt A'Bhonich, Stromeferry.

DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (November, 13th) sold (384) weaned calves, store & breeding cattle including 71 Highland and Highland crosses.   Bullocks (157) averaged 198.2p per kilo sold to 262.8p per kilo for a 255kg Limousin cross from Craigton, Bonar Bridge and £985 gross for a 485kg Blonde D'Aquitaine cross from Muirend Croft, Auldearn.

DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (November, 6th) sold 127 weaned calves and store cattle and 2 breeding cattle.   Store bullocks (57) averaged 211.2p and sold to 252.1p per kilo for 242kg Simmental crosses from Brenachie, Kildary and £1,270 for a 730kg Limousin cross from Inshes Farm, Inverness.

LOCHMADDY, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (November, 1st) sold 314 weaned calves and store cattle, 6 adult head of breeding cattle & 30 OTM cattle.   Prior to the sale the judge Mr K.

FORT WILLIAM, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (October, 28th) sold 1,106 store sheep of all classes.   Lambs (625) sold to £48 gross twice for a Cheviot from Kilmory, Acharacle and for a Cross from Ockle, Achteny.  

Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd - Continental Ram Sale 25 October 2019

DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (October 25th) sold 339 rams at its second continental ram sale of the year.   Beltex (27) sold to £500 gross for a shearling from Overhouse, Orkney.
