24th February 2020

> Up to 65MW wind farm located east of A9 around 6km north of Latheron.

> Public exhibitions on 3rd and 4th March in Latheron Village Hall.

innogy will be holding a two-day public exhibition near the proposed Stemster Wind Farm site next week to provide the community with the opportunity to find out more about the proposed development, to ask any questions and to feed into the design evolution.

Latheron Village Hall

Tuesday 3 March 2020, 3.30pm - 8.00pm

Wednesday 4 March 2020, 9.30am - 12.30pm

At the event there will be information about the proposed development; proposed access, traffic and transport plans; grid connection: potential community and business benefits and the next steps and members of the innogy renewables team will be on hand to answer your questions and to listen to what you have to tell us.

Based on preliminary results from environmental and technical studies that we have undertaken the design for the wind farm is for:

Up to 13 turbines

Each turbine could be up to 175metres (from the turbine base to the top of the turbine blade, when the blades are in the upright position)

The capacity of each wind turbine could be up to 5 megawatts (MW)

The installed site capacity of up to 65MW

Copies of the public exhibition boards and associated literature will be available on the project webpage from Monday 2 March 2020

A newsletter outlining the public exhibition dates and including information about the proposed development was sent to almost 600 residences within 7.5km of the proposed site boundary in early February 2020.
