This is the 10,000 item on the Caithness Business Index articles and news section.

The business index first article was entered on 29th April 2001.

The numbers of articles in the early days were few and gradually over the years have built up to several new items on most days.

The early years tended to feature mainly local Caithness items and in later years expanded to cover a wide range of topics for Highland, Scotland an further afield.
