The redundancy claims processing continues as normal.
The RPS helpline based in Edinburgh is closed for 48 hours.
There has been a suspected case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our Edinburgh office. As a precaution, we have closed it so that we can do a deep clean. As the office is closed, this means that you will not be able to call the RPS helpline.
We'll update you when the telephone line has reopened.
Our payment processing continues as normal, so you will still receive regular updates about your claim.
