Return To Level 3 By Last Week In April - Do You Remember What It Means?

24th February 2021

Yesterday Tuesday 23rd April the First minister laid out what would happen in coming weeks but with few dates

One statement takes us back to Level 3 by last week In April.

"Return to a levels approach with all of Scotland moving to at least level 3, with some possible adjustments. This could mean that from the last week of April that we would expect to see phased but significant re-opening of the economy, including non-essential retail, hospitality and services like gyms and hairdressers."

To remind yourself what that actually means for many businesses check Level 3 rules on the Scottish Government web site.

You must not travel into or out of Level 3 and 4 local authority areas except for essential reasons. If this remains in place then tourists still could not come to Scotland.

Restricted opening times

Social distancing

All leisure and entertainment premises must be closed (except for use in limited circumstances).

To see al the restriction under level 3 check the link above.

There may be changes to the restrictions by April.

For events etc it makes it very difficult to decide whether to go ahead or not.
