IMPACT30 is a FREE programme for businesses to apply for a year's worth of business growth support. It is a programme designed to develop young business leaders of the future and is custom-designed to help you make an impact in your industry.

We'll work with you as an individual, focusing on the tools, skills and knowledge required to grow your business and achieve its full potential.

We'll connect you with a range of experts who have been there and done it. They'll share their experience and journey with you to help you get the most out of your own business decisions and help you grow.

To be eligible you have to meet the below criteria:

1. Have registered the business in the last three years

2. The business is based in the Highland Council Area

3. The individual taking part in the programme is within management and under the age of 35.

This programme is a project delivered by the Northern Innovation Hub. This is part of the Inverness and Highland City-Region Deal - a joint initiative supported by £315m investment from the UK and Scottish governments, The Highland Council, HIE and University of the Highlands and Islands. This programme also receives financial support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Innovation strategic intervention.
