14,537 new tests for COVID-19 that reported results - 4.4% of these were positive.

33 new reported death(s) of people who have tested positive.

71 people were in intensive care yesterday with recently confirmed COVID-19.

784 people were in hospital yesterday with recently confirmed COVID-19.

1,634,361 people have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination and 84,445 have received their second dose.

in the week ending 21 February, 290 deaths were registered where COVID-19 was on the death certificate.

Since the start of the outbreak:

7,164 people have died who have tested positive as at 2 March.

9,347 deaths have been registered in Scotland where COVID-19 was mentioned on the death certificate up to 21 February.

34% of COVID-19 registered deaths related to deaths in care homes, 59% were in hospitals and 6% were at home or non-institutional settings (as at 21 February).

301,484 frontline health and social care workers exceeding the initial target provided by Health Boards.
