4,223,719 people have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination and 3,849,656 have received their second dose.

in the week ending 26 September, 165 deaths were registered where COVID-19 was on the death certificate.
Since the start of the outbreak:
8,687 people have died who have tested positive as at 5 October.
10,991 deaths have been registered in Scotland where COVID-19 was mentioned on the death certificate up to 26 September.
31% of COVID-19 registered deaths related to deaths in care homes, 62% were in hospitals and 7% were at home or non-institutional settings (as at 26 September).
