2,756 new cases of COVID-19 reported.

31,575 new tests for COVID-19 that reported results
9.3% of these were positive.

11 new reported death(s) of people who have tested positive.

61 people were in intensive care yesterday with recently confirmed COVID-19.

767 people were in hospital yesterday with recently confirmed COVID-19.

4,337,089 people have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccination, 3,936,594 have received their second dose, and 1,375,779 have received a third dose or booster.

On 19 November, 19 new reported death(s) of people who have tested positive .

in the week ending 14 November, 115 deaths were registered where COVID-19 was on the death certificate.

Since the start of the outbreak:

9,467 people have died who have tested positive as at 19 November.

11,933 deaths have been registered in Scotland where COVID-19 was mentioned on the death certificate up to 14 November.

30% of COVID-19 registered deaths related to deaths in care homes, 63% were in hospitals and 7% were at home or non-institutional settings (as at 14 November).

785 people were in hospital yesterday with recently confirmed COVID-19; of these, 64 were in intensive care.

in addition, yesterday 16 confirmed COVID-19 patients were in intensive care longer than 28 days.

in the week ending 15 November, 523 patients with confirmed COVID-19 were admitted to hospital.

in the week ending 18 November, 50 patients with confirmed COVID-19 were admitted to intensive care.

24,668 inpatients who tested positive for COVID-19 have been discharged from hospital since 5 March 2020.

as at 17 November, 1,533 people were delayed in hospital.
