Felixstowe Port Strike For Eight Days Will Create Shortages in Stores

Over 1,900 workers at the UK's largest container port in Felixstowe will stage strike action over pay for eight days from Sunday 21 to Monday 29 August.

The strike, which is being organised by Unite, is expected to cause huge disruption to the supply of goods including packaged food, electronics and clothing across the UK.
