Caithness Councillors Agree Capital Funding For Housing Upgrades

At the meeting on 6 February 2023 of the Caithness committee of Highland council councillors agreed a programme of capital investments in housing.

The HRA Capital Programme for Caithness 2023-27 will see a total of £11,324,526 invested.

The works cover a wide range activities including window and door replacements, new bathrooms and kitchens, insulation and other works.

£500,000 will be used to connect more homes to the District Heating scheme in Wick.
