Lawyer Chooses To End His Own Life In Swiss Clinic After Long Battle With Debilitating MS

Bruce de Wart travelled to Basel in Switzerland from Scotland after telling his family of his carefully planned assisted death.

A Scots solicitor has ended his own life in a Swiss clinic following a long illness.

Bruce De Wert, who was suffering from a severe form of multiple sclerosis, travelled to Basel last month.
