Well plenty being talked about cutting regulations to save money. Even if true reorganisations often work out to be expensive.

Government is all about regulations and they bring in new ones all the time. In Scotland we have to deal with new regulations from both UK and Scottish Governments. Keir Starmer can only change the UK ones.
