Minimum Wage Rise From 1 April 2025

Starting tomorrow 1 April 2025 the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage in the UK will increase as follows:

National Living Wage (21 and over): £12.21 per hour (a 6.7% rise from £11.44).

18-20 Year Old Rate: £10.00 per hour (a 16.3% increase).

16-17 Year Old Rate: £7.55 per hour (an 18% increase).

Apprentice Rate: £7.55 per hour (an 18% increase).

Accommodation Offset: £10.66 per day (a 6.7% rise).

This change is expected to benefit over three million workers across the UK, providing a significant boost to low-income households.
