UK house prices rose by 2.5% in the year to November 2025, UP from the revised estimate of 1.9% in the 12 months to October 2025 On a non-seasonally adjusted basis.
Average house prices in the UK increased by 0.3% between October 2025 and November 2025, compared with a decrease 0.3% from the same period 12 months ago (October 2024 and November 2024).
The UK Property Transactions Statistics showed that in November 2025, on a seasonally adjusted basis, the estimated number of transactions of residential properties with a value of £40,000 or greater was 100,000.
This is 7.7% higher than a year ago (November 2025). Between October 2025 and November 25, UK transactions increased by 1.3% on a seasonally adjusted basis.
The highest annual growth was in the The North East, where prices increased by 6.8% in the year to November 2025.
