You may be unsure of your rights if your journey was disrupted or cancelled.

Flights or accommodation being cancelled and a suitable alternative / refund not being provided.

Accommodation not as described or unsuitable.
Issues with cancelling holidays after reading poor reviews of the company.
Travel company charging more than stated or introducing 'hidden charges'.
Issues rearranging holidays/flights that have been cancelled.
