North Highland Regeneration Fund 8th Annual AGM

The Eighth Annual General Meeting of the North Highland Regeneration Fund is to be held on Friday 21st November 2014, at the Pentland Hotel, Thurso from 11am.

The scheduling for the AGM will be as follows:
Approve the minutes of the 2013 Annual General Meeting
Receive the Report of the Directors and the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2014.
Re-appoint Ritsons as auditors.
Transact any other ordinary business proper to an Annual General Meeting of the Company

At 12 noon, there will be lunch provided and the Young Enterprise Team Awards will be held. The awards will go to local business students who have taken part in the "Dragon's Den" style competition earlier in the day.
