Rail Strike Action Ongoing In January

Rails strike action is affecting many services in Scotland.

Check carefully before you travel. Saturdays mainly affected.

The RMT strike action, planned for Saturday 19 January, will see Northern running approximately 700 services - but with few Northern services running after 5pm. Those Northern services that do run, and other operators' services, are expected to be extremely busy.

Disruption is likely to go on into February 2019 unless an agreement is reached.
